HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY IF TAG IS ON IT AND LINER
All DardenTé sales are final & Due to the intimate nature of these items we are unable to accept returns.
We appreciate you as a customer and want you to enjoy your suit & for that we are happy to offer store credit and exchange in the same style if your suit doesn't fit and only if tags are intact on the item and the liner is not removed.
DardenTé Swim will accept exchanges for swim sizes in different items or styles. Due to our small batch production, we are unable to hold items for exchange. To exchange for a new size, please contact us.
A request for a size exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. The best way to do this is by responding to your order confirmation email directly. We also accept inquiries via Instagram DM or contact page. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with poly bag, hygienic liner, hang tag & anything else that came in the original shipment.
Please be gentle when trying on items, as DardenTé Swim cannot accept items that have any damages from makeup stains, bodily fluid stains, rips, holes, snags, pilling or smells from soap, perfume, lotion, smoking, animals, etc. For sanitation purposes, please try on swimwear with underwear on. Exchanges that do not meet our quality standards will be refused & returned to the sender.
DardenTé Swim is happy to offer store credit for the value of your exchanged item. Once we approve your exchange & have received the returned item at DardenTé Swim, you will be issued store credit digitally via email. This store credit can be used to make the purchase of your exchanged item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. These include but are not limited to:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount
- Items marked final sale
- Items purchased at a trunk show or at another retailer
- Accessories such as visors, scrunchies or face masks
- Gift cards
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items or discounted items of any kind cannot be exchanged.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can respond directly from your order confirmation via email to inquire about your exchange. You can also send a new email to our Customer Care Team here with your order number in the subject line & message. Please let us know what item you would like to send back & the new item you would like to exchange for.
The sender is responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. The sender will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include your order number on or inside your package if you decide to send back your item for an exchange. This way, we can process your exchange as quickly & efficiently as possible. Tai Swim Co does not provide return labels of any kind.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All items and orders packed at DardenTé leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, but they may be altered in transit. We take extreme care in handling our packages, unfortunately our mail carriers may not. Upon opening your package and finding that your item did not arrive in brand new condition, (incomplete stitching, discoloration, pilling) we are able to offer a credit for replacement of the item. Granting credit is subject to approval and does not cover damages that occur in transit. We may ask for photos of your defective item and exact amounts issued will be dependent on the severity of the damage. While we pride ourselves on creating long-lasting swimwear & accessories, our quality guarantee does not cover usage beyond practical lifetime. We will happily issue credit for manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, and is not a lifetime warranty.
Per our policy, DardenTé cannot accept returns of any kind. In the unlikely event that a return is needed without an exchange, please send back your items following the instructions above. Returns will only be accepted due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect items sent or a quality issue. If a return is approved & accepted by our team, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of what was sent back in your order. This does not include the shipping cost.
DardenTé does not offer refunds of any kind for our items. This includes refunds for price adjustments, retailer pricing or promotional events. In the unlikely event that a refund is needed for an order return, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your order total. Your refund, minus the restocking fee will be processed no longer than one business week after receiving your returned items.
